Our History
Service Training and Range Sports (STARS) was founded in 2020 with a passion to help people and provide quality firearms training and customer service products. Team STARS wanted to provide an approach to firearms training and firearms ownership, that made sense and was not overly complicated. Collectively they created a training pipeline that keeps you grounded, most importantly, provides you with reality based training.

Dedicated husband and father of five, Tim was born and raised in Virginia. Tim has over 10 years of Military experience and continues to give to his country and his community every day.

Cody is a native of Thomasville, GA. He is a veteran having served in the US Marine Corps and the US Army. Cody is a hunting enthusiast and enjoys spending time with family and his Belgium Malinois, named Georgia. Cody brings a wealth of knowledge in firearms and he translates that to his students.
